ISIM is a user-friendly interface for CGE models. It requires GAMS (General Algebraic Modeling System), the modeling language in which the course models are coded. ISIM uses Excel as its front-end. ISIM was developed by Martín Cicowiez, Fernando Consigli, Enrique Gallego, and Hans Lofgren.
